120-day results guarantee

Order 2 jars or more and you get a 120-day results guarantee. Take AURIEN every day for 120 days. If you don’t see a difference in your photos yourself afterwards, you get your money back.

In three steps:

  1. Take a photo of your face before your first capsule. Keep the original file.
  2. Take one capsule every day for 120 days.
  3. After 120 days, take the same photo, with the same light in the same spot. Not satisfied? Email both photos with your order number to hallo@aurien.nl, between day 120 and day 150 after delivery.

Conditions:

  • The guarantee applies to orders of 2 jars or more, placed directly via our webshop. You can use it once, on your first order of 2 jars or more.
  • You judge the result. We only check whether your request meets these conditions.
  • Send the original photo files as attachments, so no screenshots or photos via WhatsApp. The capture date in the file shows us when you took the photos. Without a start photo from before your first capsule, the guarantee lapses.
  • You get the full amount back for 2 jars, even if they are opened. If you ordered more jars, return the sealed extra jars; we refund those too. Return shipping costs are yours. We do not refund opened extra jars. Per jar, we use your order total divided by the number of jars.
  • We only use your photos to handle your request and delete them within 30 days afterwards. We never use them for marketing without your separate consent.
  • We respond within 5 working days. If everything is in order, we refund the amount via your original payment method.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee comes on top of your statutory rights and does not limit them. If your order is damaged or incorrect, you are always entitled to repair, replacement or a refund. We deliver AURIEN sealed. If you break the seal, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal lapses, for health and hygiene reasons. With 2 jars or more, the results guarantee still applies after that.

Why 120 days? Two jars together hold 120 capsules: one a day, for 120 days. That gives you the full period to see for yourself whether AURIEN suits you, before you decide. One jar lasts 60 days, which is why the guarantee applies from 2 jars.
